- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

- Communications: emails you send to support, retained so we can handle follow-up enquiries and process any refund request.
Why we collect it
To process and ship orders, provide customer support, administer the guarantee and RMA process, comply with legal and tax obligations, and understand how the site is used so it can be improved.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your data with third parties except service providers who need it to do their job — payment processing, shipping, email delivery, analytics.
