All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrectly displayed price, with a full refund. Orders are subject to availability.
Every order is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Guarantee

BreathEaseX is sold exclusively through its official ordering channel. We are not responsible for products purchased from any other source, cannot verify their authenticity or storage conditions, and do not extend the guarantee to them.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, design, graphics and the BreathEaseX and CardioEaseX names and marks, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or the products is limited to the amount you paid for the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
